Does anyone have suggestions for a community that has lots of kids? We would like a community where the kids all run around playing with each other outside and where the neighbors actually talk to each other. Does this community exist?

Definitely. Two that come to mind are New Territory in Sugar Land (I live there) and Cinco Ranch in Katy.

As a Telfair resident, you can also participate in many New Territory events and programs by just paying a little bit more as a "non-resident."
