What's with the photos of the Telfair gazebo or arches instead of a photo of the home? It seems like a strange way to try to sell a house.

That only means the house is still under construction and thus no photos yet...

That looks suspicious... Telfair price has been $110/sqft and up.
Look out for weird things like electricty poles in the backyard, minimal upgrades, etc...

But the listings say, "Completed but never lived in." If the houses are completed, there should be something to photograph.

Default Commute from Telfair

We went and looked at Model Village today. That was something else... I have never seen all the models clumped together like that with so many people roaming around. Telfair must be in very high demand! Anyways, it look slike there is still A LOT of development to come in Telfair. Can anyone give me a realistic commute time to downtown in the AM and back to Telfair in the PM. Also, what is the best time to leave in the morning (any time after 6:30 am preferred). Thanks

The earlier you leave, the better. So 6:35 maybe? I would say about 45 minutes would be from garage to parking garage if you left at 7. I believe US90 has recently been upgraded and expanded and US59 has recently been expanded in the Sugarland/Richmond area. Going down 59 would be a straight shot but would be going through lots of traffic. There are probably multiple routes that available you if take the time to become familiar with SW Houston.

I live in Telfair. before 7 pm. it takes 40 minutes from garage to garage if not using the HOV. If using the HOV it is anywhere from 26-35 minutes. do a search...I have talked about what it takes for me to get to downtown a few times

These homes are all in 60' sections near the border with new territory. You should be able to negotiate on these! The lots are smaller 7600 sqft to probably 10K on a cul-de-sac. These are Beazer & Meritage Homes.
