My home ins premium went up from $800(for 200k) to a little more than $1080 this year with Farmers. No claims at all. Is that normal or is Farmers sticking it to me?

Whenever my ins. company raises my rates more than 5% I call around for new quotes.

We have USAA and our rates have not been raised this year. (yet)
