Low end home builder, lots of investors and first time home buyers purchase these as the $ per sq is low, which creates neighborhoods where there are lots of rentals which creates... well, you get the idea. Choice, Supreme, Obra, KB all pretty much the same.

I haven't heard anything bad about Choice homes. Miss Daisy, why don't you buy an inventory home? You could get a great deal on the price since the builders want to move these homes. Alot of times, they have alot of upgrades already in them.

Miss Daisy, just as the real estate agents are telling you to buy I will say do your homework first . Go to Homeowners for Better Building and Homeowners Against Deficient on tthe web to get the whole story.

I am not telling her to buy and would have no reason to do so as I am not her real estate agent. She is going to buy, I just suggest she check into homes that are inventory, not which builder to choose. You will find complaints on every homebuilder on the web so that is not reliable. There is always someone who isn't happy. You are better off to go to the neighborhood or previous neighborhoods of the builder and talk to people who live in those homes to get a better picture.
