You may have a good experience with P.I.B., but I know at least two people who have had extremely bad experiences. Be absolutely certain that you have your deal in writing and READ IT before any money changes hands . It is my impression that these guys do not have the strongest grasp on ethics and do their work in questionable good-faith.

I believe Partners in Building is almost a custom tract company now. I don't think they are fully custom anymore.
