This community has plenty of mature trees with about 60 home-sites available. You also have the option of choosing your own builder to build on your lot. Some of the builders in Rosehurst are Sharyn Homes Sharyn Homes, Custom Home builder, coordinator of Architect and the Home Plans in Houston, North Houston, The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Conroe, Humble, Cypress, Lake Conroe, and Lake Houston (broken link) and Jade Rock Homes
Jade Rock Homes .It also has no MUD Taxes. Hope that helps.
