They were building Tavola when I left. Can you hear the loud music and gun shots coming from Kings Colony? That's a big complaint on the Roman Forest social media sites. I was able to hear that when I lived there. People would also go out into the woods around Woodbranch and Roman Forest and shoot tannerite.

Crime has also been on the rise in the neighborhood, but they just caught a group of people that had been breaking into cars in the area.

I enjoyed riding my dirt bikes in the woods there, but probably wouldn't move back due to the growth of Kings Colony and the problems it seems to be causing.

No, Kings Colony may be too far away, since the only thing I hear at night is 59 if it's quiet enough, and the train when it passes by and blares the horn.

The group that was breaking into cars was just yesterday and they hit my neighbors trucks and the cops had me review my sec cams to see if they could see anything. Luckily they caught them and everything that was stolen was recovered. 4 kids, 20 and under....ridiculous. Other than that, at least in Tavola, crime isn't an issue. Could be diff in Roman Forest though where they're closer to Kings Colony. From what I've read, they're trying to get that place shutdown.

Thank you! I've been reading a lot about The Woodlands. Do you think it is realistically short (under 30 minutes) commute from the airport if not during high traffic times?

99 (Grand Parkway) is open to US59. Woodlands to IAH shouldn't be a bad commute on either 99 or Hardy Toll Road. I find the Woodlands to be a bit too much. A victim of their own success. I'd look on the 59 corridor myself.
