I wanted to know if there's any one in Houston that reloads there own ammo and then sells it because I would like to buy some. The stores are just to expensive so I wanna know if there's anyone making ammo and if they can sell me som

Similarly, I'm looking for someone that makes their own gasoline. Too darn expensive at the stores!

I buy mine online. Check BulkAmmo.com or Ammoseek.com. Both great resources...last time I bought some, they were about 15 cents per round and I bought 2,000 rounds of FMJ's for the range.

Just be aware - if they're not licensed, selling to you would be a felony. Additionally, using reloaded ammo can be risky. I will only shoot my own reloads, and I won't sell it even to friends. I'll allow them to use my equipment to load their own - but that's it. If you're careful, you can get a decent reloading system used off of Craigslist for $500 or less.
