Agree, I stopped reading them once I realized how pathetic their HS sports coverage is. I can read up on collage/pro sports anywhere

Great job using a 4 year old source for a dying trash publication, which showed the 325,814 number was a decrease of 11% from previous year. If you consider a 10% yearly decrease for these 4 years, their subscribership would be somewhere around 215,000.

The Houston Comical is one step away from tabloid status.

Do they have auto-renew? Maybe people set it and forget it?

If 544,000 people in Harris County voted for Trump
I'm sure there's plenty of idiots that will subscribe to the Chronicle

I agree but all of the idiots who still read the Chronicle voted for Hillary.

The Chronicle STILL throws that paper in my driveway every single day for FREE. Why? Because they do not have enough paying subscribers to meet their advertising requirements. The paper is so pathetic that they literally have to give it away to ensure that they distribute enough copies of it to meet their advertisers requirements.

The paper has become a joke...Its clearly a political rag, favoring the democrats....but its 50% reporting and 50% house or realtor advertising. Their website is even worse...its probably 60% real estate advertising 35% "news" if you can call it that.

You are getting a free Chronicle? How is that? How and why were you selected?

The website chron.com is full of advertising but it's houstonchronicle.com that is more news-focused (and you have to pay for it).

As the media caters more to big city interests, perhaps it's natural they are becoming more and more "Democrat" and that party represents big cities. I'd look at a voting map by county.

I bet they're mostly on the urban fringe in NW Harris, Greater Katy, NE Harris, etc. Maybe a lot in Kingwood and some in the Memorial Villages/Energy Corridor area.

Not too many inner city and inner suburban (between BW 8 and 610) folk voted for Trump.

You're correct, sorry about that. I thought I saw 2016 on the data line, but now realize it said 2013.
