I'm looking to buy a home in Willow Meadows. I'd love to know what current residents have to say about the neighborhood. I like the East side along Greenwillow, but I am concerned about noise from the train tracks (and future resale).

I live in this neighborhood it is a great area you will get use to the train noise after a few weeks. Resale value will be a little lower than a house 1 1/2 blks further away from the train tracks. You might be able to get a little better deal in Willowbend 3/4 of a mile south if you do not want to live that close to the train tracks.
