Does anyone knows what kind of tree disease this is? See attached pic. One of my tree in the front is having some kind of discoloration and I see the same kind of disease around my neighborhood. Only these type of trees are affected from what I can tell. Any ideas?

That happened to our spiral junipers and the woman at the nursery told us it was spider mites.

Thanks partner. It looks you're absolutely spot on. I give my trees a good wash as per the instructions bellow

If that doesn't work, check out Safer Brand Insect Killing Soap on Amazon (i couldn't find it locally). I used it recently for aphids in some trees and for those pesky white moths in my lawn. It did a good job. Safe to use -- it says it can be sprayed on food producing plants up to the day before harvest (it's just concentrated soap). The label says it is good for spider mites. It won't hurt any hard shelled critters like ladybugs, etc.

yes indeed it helped and thanks sonic0boom. You just have to stay on top of it and water it several times. Now it looks almost perfect :-)
