We are relocating to Houston and planning to purchase a home in Katy. My husband found a house he likes quite a bit in the Falcon Ranch community, but I have some pretty big reservations due to the wastewater treatment facility nearby. Our realtor tells us this is common in Texas. I know air quality can be an issue as well as possible environmental toxins based on the surfactants of chemicals they use.
