Hi, I'm looking at Harvest Green in Richmond, Texas, but I'm concerned about the cell towers. Does anyone know how far away the cell towers are that are located behind Breeze Bluff Way?

No need to worry about the cell towers. As long as you are not up on the tower standing directly in front of the panels, they are not going to cause any harm.

Just put a tinfoil hat on your head and you'll be ok.

Personally, I like to be away enough that the sight of infrastructure is blocked. Better for resale.

It's located on Timothy Rd.

With the increase in wireless usage, you want to be within its coverage zone and close to a tower. We text, email, talk, surf and stream on wireless network when wifi coverage is not available. Unless you have back up power on your internet and cable tv modems, you may not be able to communicate with friends, relatives and coworkers in the event of lengthy power outage....just ask the folks who experienced Huricane IKE.

I highly doubt it. The value of that land is much less than the cost of buying land somewhere else, building a new prison and moving everyone there. Never say never, there's a better chance of the Astrodome being relocated before that prison is relocated.

I believe you are right but then again Telfair was built on old prison land. One of the prison building became the Museum of Natural Science -SL. In my mind, I still can see "Prison area, do not pick up hitch hikers" sign. LOL

The old Jester Unit... Good times. We took a field trip there my senior year in high school.
