I live in one of the Urban Loft townhouse communities (see picture). I'm sure you've seen them around inside the loop at 288 near the med center or 45 near 4th ward. You either like them or hate them. Some would lovingly call them "those metal modern abstract townhouses" while others would sneer "those cheap tin sheds."

Anyway, my roof is leaking when it rains really hard (3 times in the last year). And it's been very difficult to find roofers who 1) have the time to fix the roof 2) are willing to scale 3 stories with no roof access 3) specialize with metal roofs.

Does anybody have any recommendations for companies who would deal with this issue? Also, if anybody has experienced this problem, do you know how much it usually costs? I'm thinking it could be some flashing/sealant work and/or screw maintenance.
