Kingwood is great community with access to IAH and nice homes in your price range. You would definitely have the opportunity to build new in the general area in the next year or so as well. Stay south of the river and you are ahead of the traffic with easy exit and direct route to airport. I have put families in this community that needed access to IAH for frequent travel as well as access to Kingwood schools. I would not consider Katy, Sugar Land or areas South of Houston because the commute to the airport on a regular basis would be brutal. Woodlands would be a second choice but a little more congested. Good luck on your move!

Thanks for the information.

We decided to settle down in Spring for a Year and see how we go. Close to IAH and the Woodlands
