I saw many subdivisions, Cinco Ranch and Bridgeland are the best. ( in my opinion)
Which one do you recommend?
BTW, Zestimate is it right or wrong?

Out of the two, Cinco Ranch is older and is basically almost built out. It has much more of a brand name than Bridgeland. Bridgeland is very nice as well, and still has a lot to go before it is built out. Zestimate is absolutely the worst. Use Har.com or Redfin.

Bridgeland will have a big jump in price after 290 expansion and 99 (north side) complete.

Zestimate is a joke. In a non-disclosure state like Texas, they pull the numbers out of the air.

I live in the Cinco Ranch area and love it. I especially appreciate that my area is finished. I know the schools have great reputations and the area is well maintained. The older areas on the east side have more trees and community parks and playgrounds, which is a big plus for the kids.
