so my husband and I think jersey is just way too overpriced and isn't worth staying here anymore. Yes we are close to the city and neighboring states within reasonable driving distance, but we will never be able to afford to save up to purchase a house with high rent prices in good neighborhoods. My friend lives in Spring Texas and came to jersey and said I would love Texas more. So any suggestions on where I should look for jobs, is my field in high demand ? ( insurance agent and staff accountant). Where are safe cities to live? Does this area require flood insurance ?
I'm going to visit in January again, any suggestions on what I should do ?
Drop off resumes with my friends address ? Set up a po box change my phone number ?
Any suggestions to make my transition easier ?
If we chose to have w child, any suggestion on good schools in the area?
Can I avoid bat areas? Like are they that bad ?
