See attached. The land is the old Texas Instruments land.

It seems like a very large shopping center.

House prices will go up, so as crime, foot traffic and auto traffic.

I am not sure if this is good or bad.

They are talking about the Stafford by Washington DC. This is not stafford by Houston.

This is the address of movie theater that they say exists at current location in the article. It is in Virginia by Washington DC -
Regal Cinemas Aquia 10
2850 Jefferson Davis Hwy
Stafford, VA 22554

""The center now contains the Regal Aquia 10 movie theater, a Rite Aid and the office building. Baroody and Pretter said discussions with Regal about renovating the theater are ongoing.""

Either way it will help with the industrial office space blight along the freeway there in Missouri City/Stafford, but I actually hurt rumors that the outlet mall may be on hold because the company they contracted, (Simon I believe), backed off for some reason. The original developer said they are still going forward with the mixed-use idea regardless if the outlet mall gets built, so it'll be interesting to see how they re-purpose the NW corner of this development if so. I'd imagine it will still be retail, but perhaps a large collection of shops instead of one giant mall structure.
