@right maybe you can expound on what is being built then. I didn't just read this on the internet as the sign is posted on the land. It may be a pipe dream but this isn't a case of "believing the internet" as I saw the sign myself off the internet...

Do you believe somebody went and put up the signs with the artist renderings and listings of the restaurants as a prank?

But seriously, it's obviously not a "sure thing" until the construction of the building is done and the establishments make their announcements and begin build-out, but the fact that specific restaurants are listed is a good sign to me. I'd imagine there would be legal ramifications if it was made up.

A sign is cheap. They had a nice sign up on the dinosaur park for years. There is a sign up about the Kingwood town center for a long time too but also next to that is a land for sale sign so which is the real sign. I wonder.

That is the most amateurish rendering I have ever seen..it looks like they used a MS-DOS era program. It looks like a very tacky middle-eastern themed building.. from the golden statues to the pillars.

This is never going to happen. Don't listen to the fools on Atasocita.com. They have been saying a BWW has been coming to the area for years. They apparently just make up fibs for their own enjoyment.

But a lawsuit from BW3, Flemings or Sam's Boat is not.

If the sign claims those three businesses are coming to that location and there has been no negotiations with them, they can sue and would most likely win.

Maybe with all the development in the area this may happen. Who knows? Either way, to say that this flat out will not happen is just as ridiculous as saying it definitely will. Time will tell....

If you haven't done so already, check with the local precinct (4) or sheriff's department for neighborhood stats. I believe city-data also has some area crime stats as well. Did you choose Atascocita South? And do you like it so far? It's an older subdivision, 1980's homes but there are some that have been nicely updated. Lots of friendly neighbors and a nice park, pool and tennis courts.
