Google Maps says that the commute time from the Clear Lake area to Sugar Land is about 45 minutes. Is that accurate or an underestimate?

Thanks!

It really is going to depend on traffic conditions and the route you take. If you are planning on taking the Beltway, that is probably a pretty accurate estimation, but it will cost you a bit in toll... and 59 tends to stack up during rush hour.

The only good fastest way to go is use beltway 8 if not it could take 1hr 15min every day

I live in Clear Lake, my parents Sugar Land. On the weekends, it takes 45 minutes to get there, door to door. Rush hours, I'd ''budget'' at least 1 hour each way.
