If you do not make much money $$$ you can sign up for heath insurance with the county and you get dental it is a max of $35 every visit I only payed $5. You have to basically jump through hoops to get county health insurance when you do you get to only use county hospitals and dental. I have it a few yrs ago dental was awesome I never had to go to the hospital.

Use the link provided by a previous poster. If you brother is mentally challenged, you will need to make the phone call and accompany him to each appointment. Nothing is free and keep in mind, the UT Dental School is just that - a school. Both Hygiene and Dental students depend on certain types of appointments to meet clinical requirements. Your brother will probably need to be seen by a Hygiene Student first to get a SRP (deep cleaning), which involves multiple appointments, before a Dental Student will even assess him. Appointments are difficult to get and in great demand. Do not "no show". The school is great for providing excellent care but it is time consuming and is not free.
