I heard that Newland Communities is closing their visitors center in Eagles Spring this month. I cannot buy until January, will there be any inventory left?

Yes there is inventory left, but it's all going quickly. I would say there's a year or so left of building. If you have to wait until January to move, you will have slim pickings of inventory homes. Good luck! It's a great neighborhood!

There are over 61 "Active" homes on Har.com... I think that is plenty of inventory. Granted, some are not new.

I don't think the OP was talking about active, resale homes. I think he was talking about builder's inventory homes.

Yes, new homes. Brighton said they sold I think it was 30 homes in the past 3 months! But they only sell the townhomes. I will keep my fingers crossed. Are there any other subdivisions that are zoned to Atascocita Springs Elementary?

Thanks for your replies

Currently it's the back half of Eagle Springs and Clayton's Corner, which is a neighborhood across from ES (behind the Shell station). But with all the new building going on, and ASE already at it's max, I foresee some rezoning happening in the not too distant future.

Builder inventory is hard to find in Eagle Springs since the final phases are under construction... there has been a big push to secure homesites in the community. Ryland has 2 homesites for sale & some quick move in homes being built.. they sold 8 homes last month. Get in while you can...

I think it's too late, i will look at the Groves which is going to cost more. Anyone know what elementary school it will be zoned to? I saw an article that said the have two sites in HUMBLE ISD planned for schools.

EDIT: Per their social media account
Yes there will be a community pool in The Groves. Phase I is zoned for Eagle Springs Elementary and future phases are currently zoned for Ridge Creek Elementary.
