My husband and I are considering moving to Houston for our son (who is deaf) to attend The Center for Hearing and Speech. It is located at 3636 West Dallas, I believe it's close to the downtown area. Are there any nice, safe neighborhoods within 30 minutes of the school? We're concerned about the amount of time it would take to get him to the school and then us get to work. We love the Woodlands and Spring areas but I'm guessing the commute would be too much for us.
