I need to fill some parts in my yard with dirt and then sod. where to get the Dirt? Is this free or do we need to buy from Homedepot or some other stores?

Southwest corner of 99 and I-10. Has a huge mountain of dirt that reads: Free Dirt. Get on it while it lasts!

There's a growing pile of dirt outside of a big white house at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I'm not sure what they're digging up but it's crazy how big that pile has gotten.
