Have you checked HAR to look for a lease or rental? There are quite a few apartment complexes in that area.

Guys, let's not jump to conclusions. After all, she did title her thread "serious lady...", so I'm sure she means business.

Seriously.

Too many people for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Sorry.

My first job out of college, working up near Dallas and renting a one bedroom apartment in Carrollton. A family of 5 (maybe 6?) lived below me - also a one bedroom apartment.

In retrospect, $550/month (including water/sewage/trash) for an 800 sq ft 1 bedroom might not have been the best bet on my part.

There wasn't supposed to be that many living there. Either management was not aware - or the apartments crummy enough that management didn't care.

Texas law states 3 to a bedroom. A landlord may allow less, but not more.

An apartment complex that would allow 3 is not going to be that great.

Now toss in the fact that the 2 bedroom apartment is $700 or less - AND INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES. Wow.

I'm sure there is a stash house in the area they can live in...Houston has plenty stash homes that will accommodate her wants and needs.
