Anyone have any experience or info on Contemporary West Townhouse?
build quality? safety? noise? commute to Energy Corridor (I-10 & Eldridge)? Amenities (close to shopping, nightlife, etc)?

It's not in the best of areas, but not horrible either. Let's put it this way, if I got a free house there, I would definitely live there. But if I had to spend that money, I'd prefer to go somewhere else, especially if you work all the way in Eldridge. It's close to industrial sites and the Richmond "strip". However, it's close in to town and convenient to shops and eateries.

Cool, thanks for the insight. I drove by there yesterday and it didn't look all the nice.. and like you said, i notice some industrial sites with no greenery.

It looks like this same builder is putting up more townhomes just few miles east...
Would 8710 Beverly Hills Walk a better location or is it just as bad?

You can investigate the surroundings of potential places to live using Google streetview. I would never even drive by a house or condo before looking at the surroundings on street view. I think a lot of people do the same.
