Hi all,

I remember that I've read in this forum before about the kitchen in the patio. I would love to build a simple kitchen in the patio. Don't have to be fancy. I just want to have a stove and a sink. My husband is not a handy man so DIY is not an option.

Could someone please help me if you know or have someone you can refer.

Thanks a lot everyone!!!

My brother can help you out. He has built some really nice outdoor kitchens. He'll work with your vision and then draft a computer model to help visualize the project before construction starts. He works for a construction company in atascosita and all work will be through the company. It's a little more pricey than some craigslist dude but well worth it. I'll pm you his information.

105,
1. Safety
Just make sure , people who ever is going to run the gas line are certified to do that job, Electrical job could be simple - certified will be best.

Just for safety on the Gas line , who ever doing this job must be better than DIY.

Calculate your usage - based on that make a decision between Gas line or Cylinder from home depot.

2. Water line : Just plan your water line in ( may be you have water inlet close by back yard ) and nearest return water outlet - so that you can talk to them in a way that u know what u want.

3. Equipment u r selecting : weather resistant.....i bought a Grill from lowes - its started to rusting out. not that bad - still....

I always wanted to built a outdoor kitchen, not now..one day i will...

sample 1

Sample 2

lastly... Select the stove you want to purchase - they starts from $300 to $3000+

best of luck...

You're welcome. I've been doing it recently and did it when trying to get pool ideas too. There are some very nice outdoor kitchens in the first few pages of pictures and plenty of range in price and style as well so hopefully it will give you some good ideas.
