Hi there,

I was curious if anyone was familiar with an average commute time from SP to the Energy Corridor (Hwy. 6 & I-10). I was thinking that the fastest way would be FB Tollway to the Beltway, and take the Beltway north to Memorial (or I-10 if they ever get it finished). We're looking to buy in Sienna or Greatwood and I've determined that it will be a long commute to either, but was curious if anyone out there had any experience with this.

Thanks in advance!

If you have the money for the Beltway that would probably be the fastest. Avoid the Beltway feeter. Near Bellaire is a nightmare. I used to have to travel to Stafford and I would take Dairy Ashford or Synott to West Belfort and then to 59. It wasn't too bad a drive.

Thanks a bunch, that is the only downside. You're getting double dinged for using the FB tollway and the Sam Houston. Such is life though I guess.

Please check out Greatwood during the hours you'd be commuting. The traffic there is horrendous.
