Yeah there are nice neighborhoods on those roads. Just south of the bayou off of Scott, they have some cool mansions built on some rolling land near the bayou. a lot of hidden gems people don't know about because they hit the wrong area or only go by what they heard. The rail will only improve the area.

My husband and I are looking in the same area but much closer to N. Macgregor, like a block away from it. It seems like the pocket of streets around ardmour, binz, and ewing and sampson are really safe while all the crimes are either centered north around southmore or further south around OST. It's weird because when I search for Riverside Terrace which is S Macgregor, we find all these great compliments, but when I search for N Macgregor or even 77004, we find all these comments about the hood and stuff but I feel like those comments pertain more to the N Macgregor area that is closer to southmore and TSU.
