Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am considering these 3 neighborhoods to buy a house in.

What would be a more desirable location for a rental? How about holding value (even though I'm not planning to sell any time soon and most likely eventually move into the house myself)?

- Coventry (off Kyukendahl, close to the Woodlands)
- Gosling Pines (Spring Stuebner and Gosling)
- Stone Forest (Spring Cypress and Kuykendahl)

Should I consider The Woodlands as an option? It may be a long shot given my price range (aroun 150-160K) but maybe it's worth it since I'll be holding on to the house for a while?

The reason why I started looking at Spring is with the Exxon facility being built the demand for rentals should go up over the next couple years, and you can certainly get a better bang for the buck in Spring vs.Woodlands. Am I right/wrong in my thinking?

Appreciate any advice!

Go with the neighborhood with the fewest days on market, highest rents, and fewest rentals.

Is the proximity to the Woodlands important? Coventry seems to be just around the corner.
