What towns are safe and good to live in that are not too far of a commute from the Waste Management company? (Price range $125-140k) Thanks

Where is the Waste Management location you are looking at - they have offices all over town? That is a low price range for homes so you would probably need to go pretty far out into the suburbs. That price range near or in town isn't going to buy safe and good.
