Need recommendations for an experienced real estate attorney in Houston to assist with a residential transaction. Looking for someone who's been practicing for 10+ years.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Not to be the biased one, but why not use a real estate agent to assist with this residential transaction. I'm assuming it's because you and the seller/buyer are looking to avoid paying commissions which I can understand.

I cannot recommend any attorney in particular but I will say that a family member of mine has done real estate work with the lawyers at Fulbright and Jaworski L.L.P.

The seller is insisting we use attorneys.

Paul Caver. Google him.

Sounds like the seller is from a state where the real estate attorney is a key figure. That's not the case here.
