Quick question, I have a water softener system at home and we use to have a water dispenser as well, but it sucked because it keeps going out, so we returned it. Now I'm trying to find another bottleless water dispenser/cooler but don't know where or who to talk to? I've seen a bunch online but don't know what's good or how to install so who do you guys use or would recommend?

I recommend investing in a whole house water filter and softener. It will improve the water quality for everything you use water for, not just your drinking water.
