Yes, it will explode out here once it is completed. It will also relieve a bit of congestion off of 290 with the folks from Fairfield and Bridgeland, who work downtown, taking 99 to I-10. I was wondering why they are setting up a toll though, on the North side and not the South? Was it payed with different funds, or do we have a bit of favoritism? LOL :P

Paid for with different funds. The only free section is between 10 and 1093. All those nice areas south of there have to pay a toll too.

this is brand new....the one you might be thinking of is off Warren Ranch and old 290 that had a few IGN or whatever brand homes and then they stopped building

next to the big church on 290 and Becker, they built a clubhouse and streets but it sat empty for 4 years...now they're building homes...Stone Creek Ranch
