Hi there! I'm finally moving out of my family's place in Manvel and I'm planning on moving to houston. Is there any place near the med center that would be cheap and safe at the same time? I'm planning on busting around 500-700 dollars for rent and my primary concern is safety, I don't even mind if it's a studio apartment. Do you guys have any suggestions as to where I could stay? I've seen some places in Montrose like Gaslight square and Richmont square, are those good enough?
