I don't need a locksmith today, but I'd hate to have to call one on the fly, and get screwed because I was desperate to get into car/house.

So who is fair and ethical? I'll take down the info now in case I need them later....

And hey, while we are at it, what about plumbers, tow trucks, etc.?

We used B&B Locksmith on Mason Road in Katy, Texas. They came immediately and had us all fixed up with rekeying three locks and making new keys for us for around $150. That's not a bad price considering we need them to come out immediately. We had used them when we first bought our home too. They are dependable and have been in business for many years.

Saylor charges 80 for a trip charge and then 55 per hour. IMO, that's expensive given that the trip can be only 1-2 miles in my case. I have a keypad dead blot lying at home for 2 months and they said it would take an hours or so and paying 140 or so is pretty expensive for one dead bolt. Just my opinion.

Another vote for B&B Locksmith on Mason. I have used them for seven years. They always show up when they say they will and have always offered good advice.

Default Best Car Locksmith in Houston, most trusted and cheap

I used Locksmith for Auto to make a new key for to my chevy.
They have mobile technicians that can come to your house instead of going to the dealership.
was the best price and service i was able to find.
