The lease for our new library was finally approved at the City Council Meeting on October 1st.

The opening has now been pushed back to April 2013 since the renovation of the building will most likely take until the end of March. The location will be in the building on the southeast corner of Business Center Drive and Memorial Herman Drive (I believe the address is 2803 Business Center Drive - it is near the Moon Family Denisty practice.

We thank Mr. Bill Eisen and Mr Scott Sherman for all their efforts to bring the city council on board. Both the county and the city have been truly supportive.

Its about time! Pearland is too big to have just one library..This will be convenient for everyone who lives closer to 288.
