I should of posted this earlier but tomorrow is White Linen Night in The Heights. It's an area wide event with tons of stuff going on. Neat stuff and atmosphere if you want to see first hand what The Heights is about.

I'm wasn't able to find out what this is all about. From the website, it's a mix of art venues, comedic troupes and some local vendor stuffs? This bourbon isn't really helping me out with the deciphering process...heh

I was surprised at how many people were out for this last night. There were tons of people out walking, food trucks everywhere, bands playing, etc. I was thinking, what keeps it from being like that every weekend?

It could be, but the actual residents would HATE it!! Imagine the parking and loitering issues.

We wanted to go, but had a wedding to attend that evening. Had some friends go and they had a good time.

people who live right there generally have loud and vocal angry complaints each year. it has grown more and more popular which means more people blocking driveways, walking across yards/damaging plants, and litter.
