Currently living in the Richmond area (Lakemont) off of WestPark and Mason. Looking to move to the Willowbrook area. Anyone know of any neighborhoods similar in size and quality like Lakemont with new homes being built?

What price range? There are a few cheaper areas ($100s) right by BW8 and 249, but most of the higher end homes ($200-400) are more out towards Tomball around the 249 / Spring Cypress Rd area a few miles north of Willowbrook.

Currently looking at a house (to be built) in the Lakewood Grove neighborhood in the 190k range but wondering if there are other nicer neighborhoods around.

There are nicer neighborhoods, it just depends on where your budget is and where you are willing to drive to and from.

I think it woul dbe easier for us to assist if we knew what your budget was and what type of home you are looking for.

Lakewood Grove is an established neighborhhod with nice amenities.

Well, I have two friends in Lakewood Grove. One bought an older home right by the pool & pond, the other bought a NICE 4,000+ sqft $300K+ new home about 4 years ago in the north section of the neighborhood. They both love the area even though they work at the Galleria area. But there are certainly "nicer" areas around there, and some gated communities too, at a nicer price too.
