The sewage water is coming up from my tubs and out onto the floors. I have 5 kids and having to deal with all this sewage water. Will it affect the health of my babies.. Idk what to do this is day 2 and nothing has been done. What can i do? What should i do?

Call the landlord/apt office ASAP if you haven't already. They should send someone to fix it.

If they do not fix the problem, that would be grounds for breaking a lease. You need to make sure you document everything however (and by everything, I mean making sure you send them notice via registered mail)

Do you have a lease? If so don't stop paying rent... once you do that you are screwed too. Call your landlord and tell him to fix it now. There are certain things by law he must provide to you, and having clean water to bathe in is one of them. If nothing is done hire an attorney to weigh all of your options. But do not stop paying rent because you will only hurt yourself by doing that.

Contact the HAA if they haven't resolved or fixed the issue within the allowed time frame.

Send a certified letter to both the on-site office and the management company. Things will go quicker after that. Just for grins, send a copy to The Houston Apartmant Association (certified not necessary), in care of Jeff Hall. jhall@haaonline.org

So with sewage you are dealing with other peoples feces and you are wondering if it will make everyone sick? Some people make that a lifestyle. But seriously, yes it can get them gravely sick. If you have poop in your carpets they need to be replaced too!! Better yet see if they have another unit to move into.
