Hi everyone

My family (coming from Australia) have almost made a decision with the idea of living in Kingwood.

Is there anyone familiar with Creekwood Middle School. This will be for our 13 year old son (almost 14). Any recommendations?.

Also, the oaks of Kingwood apartments. Anyone living here at the moment who can provide an insight? Or anyone knows any information with this?

We have research these two combinations and it seems nice to us. Any recommendations/information/ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I usually handle Kingwood related questions but I live in the front part and have knowledge of that apartment complex. I know the school is said to be good but have no direct knowledge of it. How much is your housing budget? Rental houses in Kingwood are pretty reasonable if you plan to rent for a year or two.

I'm not familiar with oaks of kingwood apartments. Are they the new ones at the front? I can't imagine how you're zones to CMS if they're in the front. The neighborhoods near CMS are nice. My parents live in riverchase (off of millsbranch) where everyone on their street is close & very tight knit.

I will say avoid Kings crossing apartments at all costs. I lived there right out of college (3 years ago) & it was ghetto. Seriously, I knew where to get any drug and I don't even do drugs. Bad neighbors, poor management, and non-existent mait.
