I hate those effing bastards at Comcast.. I simply hate them.... They just increased my monthly service from $125 to $175
I said many time that I will quit them, but now I am DONE.

What other options do I have? Any promotions with Dish Network or Direct TV? I don't have U-Verse here so my options are limited....

Was going to suggest U-verse, since its not available, not an option. D-TV and Dish would not go with either. You could look into putting up an antenna to get locals if its possible, unless you must have the CATV channels also.

^^^ For local channels they work great ( you can get lots of channels using a piece aluminium foil and paper clip - not a joke!), but I think OP wants options for a cable TV.

What kind of service do you have that costs that much? In terms of value (cable + internet bundled together), it's the only choice in many places.

I just tried to cancel my DirectTV not because of bad service but bc I had it for my travel trailer and no longer use it. Did not realize I was committed for 2 yrs. Cost to break contract $290. When I signed up it was 24.99/mo and now im paying in the 60's. Just for basic channels and a bunch of crap bloat channels.

Grab an Antena for local channels and get Netflix or Hulu for your shows. Most current run shows are up on the websites within 24 hours and you'll spend less time on commercials. Oh, and you'll save about $1200 a year.
