We have some leftover diapers (our son became potty-trained a lot sooner than we expected ) that we no longer need.
They are size 5 diapers.
No one we know needs diapers in this size right now.
Any places (near Katy would be preferable) that would take the diapers?

I only know of the ones in downtown and the Clear Lake area. But a quick Google search came up with this - maybe you can find one near you:

Katy Homeless Shelters and Services - Katy TX Homeless Shelters - Katy Texas Homeless Shelters

Our church (too far from you) is doing a diaper & baby items drive this weekend. I know a few other churches have been doing the same thing over the last few weekends.

You might check with the churches in your area. At the very least, they may have suggestions.

They are taking donations at the fire hall in Old Katy for victims of the Bastrop fires. I'm sure they would be happy to have them.
