Sooo... some people were mentioning the sports situation in Houston... well just thought I would go ahead and mention that the Astro's have posted THE ABSOLUTE worst record in franchise history...

And the Rockets probably won't make the playoffs this coming season...

So all I can say is GO TEXANS!! The cities pro sports success rests on you guys!

After this past weekend... the Texans are definitely a playoff team...

If you don't like the Astros, then you certainly don't have to watch them or pay attention to them. They're the only major league team around (unless you count the Rangers), so we have to live with them. There's no benefit to putting them down, or pointing out how poorly they've done. That doesn't solve or fix or improve anything. Why add to the barage of whining and complaining that there's already way too much of these days?

'62 Mets were 42 - 120 and won the World Series 7 years later. 2003 Tigers were 43 - 119 and will wrap up the AL Central tonight, 8 years later. So, there's always hope.

Quite frankly, The Texans are so damn good... Nobody is really payin attention to the pathetic Astro's....

The UH Coog's are doing pretty well also...
