I don't see anything in that article about Houston or Texas.

That's true. And how much "federal land" is in our area? Very little, that's for sure. These kinds of things don't have to make sense. Anything will work towards making a political statement. If 2+3=9 and it makes someone look bad, then hey, the math is correct.
