I cannot even stand more then 1 minute outside at daytime when its so hot.

What do you do for fun in the summer here?

I guess we can forget about any outdoor activities till late September here.

I agree the daytime is pretty bad right now. I hate it, even though I am used to it. But I still see people playing soccer, jogging, etc. in the middle of the day. Just a lot fewer people doing that right now. I'd prefer not to have to take 3 showers so I stay indoors until the evening.

If you have the money, shopping! If not, window shopping!

If you don't like shopping, there are many indoor actiivities: Museums, broadway shows, movies, Moody Gardens, Space Center Houston, Reliant Park have different show events, some flea markets are indoor (oh, that would be in the shopping section), Splashtown and Schlitterbahn (water parks), etc.

OR, you can purchase a huge entertainment center for your home, stay inside in a/c, and enjoy!
