Can someone tell me which banks are local banks in Texas? And if you know which banks are more into real-estate loans for investors, pls advise as well.

Smaller local banks will be less likely to deal with investor loans until you have a track record with them. Then, they become easier to deal with than Chase, etc. Until then, they are probably harder to deal with.
