All these are great questions to ask before you buy land.

yeah, well that's all great but if you don't have direct answers to my questions don't comment. Are you two benders landings residents?. If you are I probably wont be socializing very often will I? If there is anyone else with great, informative answers please comment.

Really just punch in Benders Landing and Exxon and you will see plenty of threads that will answer those questions for you. It does seem odd though you would purchase land in BL without having have done any research. That is taking quite a risk.

i'd have to agree with everyone else.....why would you buy land somewhere, and not look into HOA, amenities, neighbors, etc....you really shouldn't get mad at people for telling you to do some research on the forums first. i have seen several threads about Benders Landing/Spring Trails/Legends Ranch. etc.....you really should try to do your own research instead of wanting everyone to do it for you.

if you can afford land in Bender's, then pay me a small fee and i'll gather that info for you

j/k , but good look finding your info.

HAR.com is a good place to start and Benders Landing Estates: Acreage homesite community near The Woodlands by LGI Land , it has the amenities on there.
