Interested in a home in that area which requires flood insurance. Seems the insurance is high priced.

My spouse golfs with someone whose family lived in RP - they flooded several times before they eventually moved.

Default Flood zone

MamaSay's River Plantation use to be a very nice neighborhood back in the 70's. Back before all the flooding and crime and trucks on center blocks! Yep, back then all the homes they weren't all dark and dingy! Stinking like mildew and rotten wood! Yep, back then in the years before the great floods it was a paradise MamaSay's. It was like a garden plantation! Yep, back then before all the river flooding and foil on the windows of all the run down homes! MamaSay's you never had to buy insurance. Yep, back then before Cameron bought the C store. Lieutenant Dan say's you could buy a pack of chesterfields for a dollar! I dont know about that? I do enjoy the free refills of Dr. Pepper and Cameron always ask's how Mama is! MamaSay's before the flooding Mr. Brady from the Brady Bunch. He built every house in RP! MamaSay's this was before Mr. Brady and Sam the butcher knew how funny they were, and how much funnier they could be when they got together or shared Beer! Lieutenant Dan say's funny ***** not funny Ha Ha! That's all know about that.
