wher would you live cy-fair or katy which is going to give me more house for my money i need a 4 bedroom for 120,000?

There are plenty of cookie-cutter budget neighborhoods in Cy-Fair. That seems to be the north of I-10 specialty. Katy, especially south of the freeway, is gonna be considerably more expensive. In Cy-Fair you can find a new house in that range. In Katy you may be able to find something new, but you would probably be limited to the older neighborhoods such as Cimarron. I just worry about the quality of all those cheap houses going up. Many are not reputable developers/builders and they are building everything as fast as possible.
